Gradicle hereby referred to as “Gradicle” is a service being offered by Gradicle Study Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Collected Information

Gradicle uses the information that we collect to set up the services, custom learning pathways for our users. This billing information is not used by Gradicle for marketing or promotional purposes. Gradicle uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary uses the information for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
Gradicle may also collect certain information from users to the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our site in order to constantly improve the quality. Gradicle uses web beacons within the Gradicle web sites in order to count users and to recognize users by accessing Gradicle cookies. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by sending email to business@gradicle.com We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
Arbitration
Any dispute or claims arising between the parties hereto shall be referred to arbitration by an arbitrator to be appointed by the Gradicle. The arbitration shall be held at Bangalore, India and the same shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation act, 1996 and amendments thereto.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India only.
