Gradicle uses web beacons within the Gradicle web sites in order to count users and to recognize users by accessing Gradicle cookies. Resolution of Disputes
If a dispute arises between you and Gradicle, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and Gradicle agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of our services (a “Claim”) in accordance with one of the paragraphs below or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by sending email to email@example.com We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
Any dispute or claims arising between the parties hereto shall be referred to arbitration by an arbitrator to be appointed by the Gradicle. The arbitration shall be held at Bangalore, India and the same shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation act, 1996 and amendments thereto.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India only.
