About the Promotion: Complete and submit the survey by May 6th at 11:59pm PST for your chance to win a pair of AirPods Pro or an iPhone 13.  You must answer all questions on the survey to be eligible. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address.  Three winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about Feb 10 by Nova Credit (“Sponsor”).  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding.

Who Can Participate: You must be (a) a permanent resident of India and (x) a graduate student at any accredited university situated within the fifty United States (and the District of Columbia) OR (y) an aspiring graduate student at any accredited university situated within the fifty United States (and the District of Columbia). Employees, officers, directors and shareholders of Sponsor and/or any of its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.  All information provided on the survey may be used by Sponsor in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy.

About the Prize: Two (2) qualifying winner(s) will each receive an AirPods Pro and one (1) qualifying winner will receive an iPhone 13.  Taxes, if any, on the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s). The prize is awarded as is. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss or damage relating to the acceptance or use of any prize won. Potential winners will be notified by email approximately seven (7) days following the random drawing.

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time and to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion or the awarding of the prizes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Nova Credit.
