Job Description

As the country’s most trusted community for-students, we at Gradicle take our channels seriously. If you are someone who believes in the power of networking and community-building and have a special talent for digital marketing, this marketing intern role is especially curated for you.

Reporting to the Head of Growth and Marketing. The role involves closely working with the growth and support teams to develop an outbound engagement approach to promote knowledge enablement. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and curate highly researched marketing content to dispense across the lifecycle of an international student across short form and long form content.
  • Executing these organic and paid campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, adoption, and engagement via Instagram & emailers.
  • Independently driving impactful go-to-market launch strategies by owning development of audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, positioning.

What you’ll need

  • Impeccable eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • 0 – 3 years of marketing experience in a relevant industry or high growth company.
  • Hands on experience with email and other customer lifecycle management tools.
  • Ability to study funnel metrics and the agility to improve the funnel based on performance.
  • Experience in copywriting, basic understanding of design, campaign management, running ads, storyboarding etc.

Hey đź‘‹ we are looking for a Tech Intern!

Job Description

As a tech intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various aspects of technology within the organization. You will work closely with the Gradicle team, collaborating on projects and tasks that support the organization’s technical infrastructure and operations.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating new and managing existing pages built through wordpress and elementor
  • Supporting and coming up with solutions to various tech projects at Gradicle
  • Support in managing the backend of the website as well as handling leads.

 

What you’ll need

  • Knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS. Basic knowledge of Express.js and mongodb.
  • Hands on experience working with WordPress and page builders like Elementor
  • 0-3 years of experience in web development. A personal portfolio website and github profile would be appreciated

Job Description

Gradicle is looking for candidates who are passionate about empowering students to reach their full academic potential. As an Admission Counsellor, your role would be to help students stand out from the thousands of applicants who apply to top universities around the globe each year. We are looking for stellar Admission Counsellors to help our students globally plan their end-to-end study abroad journeys and get admits from their dream universities.

Here’s what we’re looking for-

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admission Consultant or Education Counselor
  • Experience of getting admits for your students from top universities in the US and other countries
  • Extensive knowledge of study abroad programs across courses, universities, and countries
  • Deep knowledge of college counselling and enthusiasm for mentoring students
  • An undergraduate degree from a recognized/accredited university
  •  Experience in foreign universities’ application and admission process
  • Familiarity with college and university programs, majors, admissions requirements, processes, and scholarships, and financial aid resources
  • Excellent communication skills: fluency in English and exceptional writing skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage deadlines
  • Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as students make important decisions
  • Efficiently working on CRM tools, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
  • Technologically savvy – you are confident handling Zoom, Whatsapp, etc
  • Confidence and flair to handle large audiences

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying skills, interests and career goals of the prospective students so as to counsel the students and their families in the best possible manner
  • Counselling the students for overseas education, follow-up with the students, solve their queries, and handle the registrations
  • Staying updated with university admission processes and requirements, university programs, majors, and courses, and developments in education and financial aid for different countries
  • Helping students choose courses and extracurricular activities that will help them get into their chosen careers, guide them for profile building and interview preparation
  • Managing the end-to-end admission process from course selection to getting an admit from Universities
  • To be a single point of interface and assist students with successful completion of all the key milestones of the Admissions process including shortlisting, editing, application submission, visa and post visa formalities
  • Review and propose information on various courses, internships, projects, foreign universities / universities, test prep products, application process, and deadlines proactively
  • Calling and counseling the students / parents and follow up for enrollment
  • Supporting sales team in enrolment closure
  • Work on registration deadlines, strive towards college-wide enrollment goals and use outstanding customer service to recruit students for the programs and get referrals
  • Helping the students fil the application forms of universities, verifying them and sending the same to the universities
  • Maintaining the data of all registered students and their visa application status
  • Attend university trainings and workshops
  • Participate in the events prior, during, and after each term, such as information sessions, orientations and registration events at high schools and colleges
  • Ability to work independently, and to arrange information sessions, set appointments and promote the academy in a positive manner
  • Arranging virtual campus tours and conducting information sessions
  • Develop and update a database of teachers, administrators, and contact people with whom workshops and information sessions can be booked
  • Work with prospective students to garner completed application files prior to enrollment and efforts to increase retention and to get and convert referrals
  • Utilize phone, email, and mail to communicate with prospective students in a timely manner, providing superior student service
